✦ TOYO ✦ PRODUCT/MOTION DESIGNER

Nice to see you!

I'm Toyo. 👋

Thanks for stopping by my website –
I'm so glad you're here!

I'm a product and motion designer with a passion for creating experiences that work for everyone. Over the past 8+ years, I've worn many creative hats as a digital graphic designer, video editor, and web designer. Most recently, I've been diving deep into product design, where I've discovered my love for building design systems and crafting reusable components in Figma.

What drives me most is creating accessible, user-friendly solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. I believe great design should be inclusive and deliver positive experiences to all users, regardless of their abilities or background. That's why accessibility isn't just a checkbox for me – it's woven into everything I create.

In our rapidly evolving AI landscape, I'm constantly exploring new tools and techniques to stay at the forefront of design innovation. I love learning, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries while never losing sight of the human element at the heart of good design.

Got ideas, feedback, or just want to chat about design? I'd love to hear from you! Collaboration and fresh perspectives always spark the best creative solutions. Let's create something amazing together! ✨

My Works

A design system showcase for Surpass EDI, displaying light and dark mode user interface screens alongside a detailed library of semantic colour tokens.

System Design

System design: Surpass EDI

A deep dive into building a modern, accessible design system for EDI software. This project highlights the implementation of perceptually uniform colours, a robust Figma variable architecture, and the transition from fragmented UI to a streamlined, developer-aligned component library.

Locopaw design token system mockup showing chatbot screens in different themes on laptop and mobile, with colour tokens in the background.

Token System Design

Token system design: Locopaw AI chatbot

A multi-theme design token system built with Figma variables for Locopaw, an AI chatbot for local travel. Featuring four weather-inspired UI themes, it demonstrates scalable design architecture with three-tier tokenization and automatic theme switching.

Fruitlala juice shop app mockup on iPhone showing morning greeting, prompt input, and drink ordering options, with a fruit-themed background.

UX Design

UX design: Fruitlala juice ordering app

A conceptual app that uses AI-driven suggestions to make juice ordering fast and personalized. Designed for busy users, it delivers an efficient ordering experience. This project showcases my full UX process—from ideation and prototyping to usability testing and design refinement.
